This drawing for the Edward Elgar £20 note shows the west façade of Worcester Cathedral from the other side of the River Severn.

Elgar lived in Worcester for most of his life, and some of his most famous works were performed for the first time in Worcester Cathedral. St Cecilia is the patron saint of musicians.
