Q1 Who can apply for CCBS events?
  CCBS events are open to central bank staff.
Q2 What do I need to know as a first time user?
  To register to use the system you have to select 'My Applications' from the left hand menu.  Click the 'register' hyperlink  and complete basic personal data.  Once you have registered you will then receive a confirmation e-mail containing your password.  Your password is case sensitive,  Please note your registration should be confirmed within 24 hours but please allow extra time close to weekends and UK bank holidays.  Thereafter you can login whenever you like in order to apply for events, track status of your applications and to complete event administration forms.
Q3 What is the convention for username?
  Your username is always your organisations email address
   
Q4 Can I change my password?
  You can change your password using the option on the login screen. Please choose one which you can easily remember but that also cannot be easily guessed by someone else. Please keep it safe and do not disclose to anyone otherwise they will be able to access your personal details and the status of events for which you have submitted an application. We assume that if you supply both a username and a password that matches the information we have in our database, then you are who you say you are.
Q5 I have forgotten my password - what do I do?
  Click the "request a password reminder" button on the login page and an email will be sent to you containing details of your password.
Q6 Can I change any of my personal details?
  Yes. You just need to go to the login screen and click on "review or update your personal and/or login details."
Q7 How many candidates from one country may participate in an event?
  Almost all our events are oversubscribed and we have to turn applicants away. Therefore to be fair to all we can only accept one participant from any one central bank.
Q8 What does it cost to attend a CCBS event?
  We shall be pleased to provide tuition, together with lunches and the social evenings, without any charge. This will leave your organisation to pay for your travel expenses, hotel costs and daily living expenses whilst in London.
Q9 When can I apply for an event?
  Applications must be received by the stated deadline and limited to one per central bank. As most events are oversubscribed and places are limited, we are not able to consider late or multiple applications.
Q10 If I have attended an event in the past can I apply again for another event?
  Yes. - if your Training Department and line manager decide that you are the most suitable candidate.
Q11 How can I find out if I need a visa to visit the UK?

Q12 Who can I contact if I have a problem?
  Please email the Event Administration Team stating the problem and what you were trying to do when the error occurred.
