The eighth John Flemming Memorial Lecture held at the Bank of England. Established in 2005 to commemorate the contribution to economics and economic policy of the late John Flemming, former Chief Economist at the Bank.

Chief Economist, Andy Haldane, will be hosting the John Flemming Memorial Lecture which will be delivered by Professor Silvana Tenreyro (LSE and Bank of England). The Lecture will be on “Monetary Policy and Open Questions in International Macroeconomics”.
