Details of the eligibility requirements for issuers or individual securities differ between the separate facilities. The links below set out the criteria for each facility and contain forms to be completed if you wish the Bank to consider new issuers / securities to become eligible.
In the case of corporate bonds, this also contains a list of securities which are current eligible for purchase by the APF. Similarly, a list of eligible programmes for the Secured Commercial Paper is available. The Bank does not publish information on which issuers are eligible within the Commercial Paper facility.
