The link below will detail the secured commercial paper programmes which have been deemed eligible for purchase by the Bank. This will be updated on Mondays if additional programmes have been added.
Eligibility Criteria
The criteria for secured commercial paper programmes and securities to be eligible for purchase are set out in paragraphs 9 to 13 of the current Market Notice.
The criteria are the same for both primary and secondary market purchases.
Primary market issuance
As an initial step, the Bank requires the documentation below to be completed by issuers. Further documentation will be provided to applicants once the below is submitted:
