Senior Managers Regime forms and notes

  • Application to perform controlled functions under the Senior Managers Regime.
  • Notice to withdraw an application to perform controlled functions under the Senior Managers Regime.
  • Notice of ceasing to perform controlled functions.
  • Notification of changes in personal information or application details.
  • Statement of Responsibilities.

If you are a credit union in Northern Ireland and have an enquiry about registration matters, you should contact the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI). DETI is responsible for registration matters such as rule changes and common bond arrangements.
