Financial Stability Report
The Financial Stability Report is published twice a year under the guidance of the Financial Policy Committee. It covers the Committee's assessment of the outlook for the stability and resilience of the financial sector at the time of preparation of the Report, and the policy actions it advises to reduce and mitigate risks to stability.

Record of Financial Policy Committee meetings
The Bank's Financial Policy Committee (FPC) meets quarterly with a view to protecting and enhancing the stability of the UK financial system. The Committee publishes a statement and Record of its formal policy meetings.

Financial Policy Committee Remit Letters
Letters exchanged between the Governor of the Bank of England and the Chancellor of the Exchequer on the remit for the Financial Policy Committee.

Systemic Risk Survey
As part of its statutory objective to protect and enhance financial stability in the United Kingdom, the Bank works to identify risks to the stability of the UK financial system. The Systemic Risk Survey contributes to this by quantifying and tracking, on a biannual basis, market participants’ perceptions of systemic risks.

Payment Systems Oversight Report
The Bank's Payment Systems Oversight Report sets out key developments in UK payment systems and explains the focus of the Bank's oversight work.

Financial Stability Papers
The Bank publishes papers on financial stability themes. These are designed to develop new insights into risk management, to promote risk reduction policies, to improve financial crisis planning or more generally to report on particular aspects of the Bank's systemic financial stability work.
