Financial Sanctions: Iraq

The Bank of England have today issued a supplement to the Notice to banks that was issued on 14 December 2000.

The supplement contains further general licences and guidance in respect of the sanctions in force against Iraq

The Notice issued on 14 December replaced the Notice to Banks that was issued on the 7 August 1990.
