Non-Executive Director

Heather Rabbatts has resigned as a non-executive Director of the Bank due to the pressure of other work commitments since becoming executive deputy chairman of Millwall Football Club.  The Bank is extremely grateful for all the work and support Heather has given over the past 4 years.

Note to Editors

Heather Rabbatts was first appointed as a non-executive Director of the Bank on 1 June 2003 and reappointed on 1 June 2006.
The expiry date of her current appointment was due to be 31 May 2009.
Court – the Bank’s governing body – consists of the Governor, two Deputy Governors and sixteen non-executive Directors. Further information is available on the governance page (see related links).
