Letter from the Governor to the Chancellor

Following the announcement that CPI inflation in the 12 months to February was 3.2 per cent, the Bank has published a letter from the Governor to the Chancellor, as required by the monetary policy remit. A copy of the letter and response from the Chancellor are available below.
