3rd Quarter 2005
Lending to other financial corporations (OFCs) increased by £1.4bn
in Q3. Lending to non-financial corporations (NFCs) rose by £11.1bn,
driven by increases in lending to development buying, selling
and renting of real estate (+£5.5bn) and legal, accountancy,
consultancy and other business activities (+£2.3bn).
