1. Statistical Notice 2002/09 amendment (effective immediately)
Within Statistical Notice 2002/09, dated 17 December, the section "Changes for Form PL since Statistical Notice 2002/06", on page 2, item (iii) should read:
(iii) The removal, for the time being, of the requirement to report the non-resident breakdown into banks and other financial intermediaries. This may need to be completed at some point, though the earliest implementation date will be 2005.
This amendment has already been made on the Internet version of the notice.
2. Forms HI and HO (effective immediately)
It has come to our attention that the telephone number on the front of the paper copies of Forms HI and HO should be changed to read 020 7601 4881.
Also, within the definitions for these forms, the reference to Item 2E, on page 5, should read Item 2B. An amended page 5 is attached.

3. Technical Specification for Forms PL and ER (update for electronic reporters)
A revised technical specification including Forms PL and ER, for electronic reporters, is now available on the Bank's website. All Software Houses have been sent a copy of this document.

4. Dividers for the Yellow Folder (update)
We have recently had dividers for Forms PL and ER printed, for insertion in the Yellow Folder. If you require a copy of these dividers please us on 020 7601 3247.
5. European Central Bank: Monetary Financial Institution List (update)
The European Central Bank issues an updated list of Monetary Financial Institutions, on an annual basis via their website.
The updated list, as at end-December 2002, has recently been issued and can be found at www.ecb.int and selecting "MFIs and Eligible assets".
6. Reporting Schedule (effective June 2003)
A reporting schedule, covering the period from July 2003 to June 2004 is attached.
