Lease for £3896 by Samuel Guillum, citizen and plumber, of London, to the Governor etc of the Bank of England, of six freehold or charterhold messuages in or near Lothbury and in or near a certain court formerly called Green's Court and now Bishop's Court in St Margaret's Parish, now in the occupation of John Dargent, diamond cutter, John Butt, Gentleman, Susannah Dollimore, schoolmistress, Dr John Sherrington, George Wyer, merchant, and William Walker, shopman - and two messuages, or parcels of ground being in or near Princes' Court, in the same parish, now in the occupation of the above Samuel Guillum and Peter Nicholas Frisquett, the former of whom purchased them from James Pettit.
