Crossbrooke Street, near Theobalds in Cheshunt - also the Manor of Joyes al.Joyce in Dartford, County Kent and 100 acres of land in Birchington and Minster, with a capital messuage called Dandelyon in the Isle of Thanet - and also five messuages in St Margaret's parish, Lothbury.
