Effective rates on new individual fixed-rate bonds between 1 and 2 year, and over 2 year maturity have increased by
16bps from 1.13% to 1.29% and 1.32% to 1.48%, respectively; and
The proportion of outstanding PNFC loans at a fixed-rate has decreased from 17.4% to 11.5% from Q2 to Q3 2017.
