School film competition: Bank, Camera, Action 2018/19

57 UK secondary schools and colleges took part in our 2018 film competition – Bank, Camera, Action. They entered a total of 116 films.

The topic was ‘What will money be like in the future’ which was also the theme of our 'Future Forum'.

2017/18 winners 

The winning films in 2018 used the theme ‘What independence means to me’.

2016/17 winners

The winning films in 2017 used the theme ‘A day in the life of the new fiver’.

Prizes

The winning schools of each category won £600 to spend on filmmaking equipment. The overall winning school won an additional £600. 

We awarded each winning filmmaking student a £25 Amazon voucher and the overall winners a £50 Amazon voucher. 

We gave every school who entered the competition a trophy and we gave every filmmaker a certificate to acknowledge their achievement.
