Join us for a British Sign Language (BSL) tour of our museum. Learn about the history of the Bank of England and its role today. 

Discover fascinating facts about our banknotes and hold a real gold bar.  

What you need to know

This event is free.

It is for adults who are D/deaf or hearing impaired. It is not suitable for children. 

We welcome hearing and assistance dogs.

The tour starts at 6pm. Please arrive by 5.45pm. You’re welcome to arrive for light refreshments from 5.30pm. 

The tour lasts 90 minutes. It ends at 7.30pm.

Places are limited so you need to book at least two weeks in advance. Please email us at education@bankofengland.co.uk.

Free admission

We are open Monday-Friday 10am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays), last entry at 4:30pm.
