Guillaume joined the PhD programme at the Bank in 2017. He has a PhD in Economics from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He did internships before and during his PhD with the European Central Bank and the Bank of England. His main research interests are banking liquidity, stress testing and financial regulation.
