Reminder - SMMA Reporting for end-December
As mentioned in the recent SMMA to BEEDS Seminar, we advised that the FAQ Guide and Vimeo link for uploading your SMMA returns into BEEDS would be circulated as soon as possible.

Please be aware that once you have uploaded your data a progress indicator will be displayed within BEEDS. To successfully submit the return, please ensure all mandatory templates in the return have been validated.
- Navigate to the Menu and click 'Submission', then click 'Submit Return'.
- All returns ready for submission will be displayed.
- Click 'Submit' and confirm the submission.
- Additional validation checks will now be run on the return. If any errors are encountered, these will be displayed on screen and can be rectified by editing the return. The application will update the return status and send an automated acknowledgement email to the user detailing the outcome.
The status will change from ‘Completed’ to ‘Accepted’ once successfully submitted via BEEDS to the Bank.
The deadline for your SMMA submission is by 5pm on 31 January.
