This item bears no date and or information confirming its provenance, however, it was found amongst a collection of papers that concern properties owned by Thomas Leonard, and it can be assumed that it depicts properties who's ground rent he owned, and were subsequently handed to the Bank as security on his debts [see letter - 13A84/9/18/3]. Also included is a note titled 'Mr Leonard's Security to the Bank - April 1815'. |
