| Description | This volume contains typed transcripts of letters written to Humphry Morice and is an early draft of Acres' publication of a selection of Morice letters held by the Bank of England. The letters are arranged chronologically and many of them are annotated (presumably by Acres as part of his work to edit them for publication). There is an index giving the names of the correspondents as well as a summary detailing the births, marriages and deaths of members of Morice's immediate family. The dates given in the description field above are those of the original letters. |
