Admin HistoryIn 1983 it was decided that a full study of the Bank's Museum be undertaken. The study looked at the way the collections were displayed, the use made of them and how to increase access. Three main aims were identified: to improve the displays, to open to the public and for the reconstruction of the Museum.
DescriptionThis series contains material relating to the Museum Project from the stage of approval for the project, its design and construction, through to its opening. It includes designs, plans, Museum Project Group minutes and correspondence with the consultant Higgins Garnder & Partners.
