Admin History | The Dividend Office was formed in 1886. The Office moved to New Change in 1958, relocating to Gloucester in 1989. It ceased to exist as a separate entity when it was amalgamated with the former Register and Transfer Office to form the Stock Registration Office in 1996. The Stock Registration Office closed in 1997. |
