TitleSTOCK LEDGER: CONSOLS £3% T-V (2)
Date5 Jul 1792 - 5 Jul 1798
DescriptionFolio: 42665 - 43562. The folios in this ledger are split into three parts which are not in number-order sequence. The parts are ordered as follows: 42665 - 42898; 43400 - 43562 and 42899 - 43155 (NB: the folio numbers on the spine of this ledger incorrectly suggests the pages run from 42665 to 43155). Committee of Treasury minutes, 3 May 1798, state that the £3 per cent Consols office was to shut from 25 May to 10 August 1798. 'The increased time of shutting allowed to the £3 per cent Consols is to enable that office to carry the several accounts (which are more numberous than they were) in to new ledgers'.

Includes, entry for artist Joseph Mallord William Turner on folio number 43502; and his father William Turner, Maiden Lane on folio number 42861.
