Description | The Laenderbank Bill was passed in Vienna in October 1921. At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Laenderbank on 28 January 1922, resolutions were passed transferring the seat of the bank to Paris and converting the bank into a French company to be called Banque des Pays de l'Europe Centrale. Laenderbank legally became a French company in March 1922 and the Trust Deed was sealed in June of that year. |
