| Description | In nearly all cases these papers cover the opening of the various accounts and the operating arrangements. A few accounts were opened before the first date in the relevant files; these are noted in the description. Earlier files for such accounts would have formed part of series C5 but have not survived. The descriptions also list some special features in a particular file or group of files. See also the Central Banking files (OV50) and the relevant country files in the OV/Overseas group.
