DescriptionQuarterly summaries of Branch Reports, prepared by the Branch Banks Office from branch reports, giving updates on local industries such as cotton, shipping and ship building, wool and textiles, corn, sugar, coal, wheat, iron and steel, furniture, timber, paint [incomplete: for a full set from 1930 to 1937, see ADM1]. Comments on the Reports and correspondence with Branches. Correspondence Humphrey Charles Baskerville Mynors/Dag Hammarskjold (then Sveriges Riksbank), 1935. Includes reports from the branches relating to local air raid damage during World War Two and other effects such as the wartime shortage of materials on industries such as woodworking, iron and steel etc, employment/labour shortages and information on the post-war recovery of industry, including house building and town planning. Reports became monthly, 1951; summaries no longer prepared but subsumed in the Monthly Report on Industry [EID9/7, etc].
