Membership of the Group was drawn mainly from the Treasury (HMT) (Sir Thomas Padmore, Sir Robert Hall and Sir Edmund Compton) and the Bank (Humphrey Charles Baskerville Mynors and John Standish Fforde) and included Prof Lionel Robbins. |
