DescriptionThere are memoranda from all members, and from others, covering visible and invisible trade, various capital transactions, the future of the sterling area, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) (folio 45), a new international monetary system, gold etc. A paper 'Sterling After the War' was sent to the Treasury (HMT) in April 1943.
