DescriptionOn 2 May 1811 they were asked to enquire into the general expenditure of the Bank and ascertain whether any useful reform or alternatives could be made to regulate and control the expenditure. Includes investigations into oil, coals and candles, pens, gas, lamps, and tradesmans' bills. Contains a contents page.
