Enjoy our museum displays in the evening when it’s quieter.

You can also:

  • complete an activity sheet or word search
  • try safe cracking for a small prize
  • lift our solid gold bar
  • make your own gold-bar shaped money box to take home

What you need to know

This is a free event.

It is suitable for adults and children with sensory and communication difficulties including autism and dementia.

We welcome siblings and there is no age limit. 

You can come any time after 5.30pm with last entry at 7pm.

We have a quiet room with sensory toys. You can also borrow our ear defenders from the information desk. Have a look at our visual story so you know what to expect.

Places are limited so you need to book at least two weeks in advance. Please ring us on 020 3461 5545 (Monday to Friday) between 9am and 11am or between 4pm and 5pm.

We are open Monday-Friday 10am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays), last entry at 4:30pm.
