Jon Rand

Jon Rand is Executive Director for Risk. He is responsible for leading the Bank’s second line risk function, enabling the Bank to take risk confidently, by ensuring that it is managed within risk appetite.

Jon has worked in a range of positions in the Bank, including leading the Bank’s work to gather and interpret financial market intelligence and in overseeing the supervision of international banks in the PRA.

He graduated from Bristol University and has a Masters in Finance from London Business School.
