‘The number of dawn raids conducted annually by the Prudential Regulation Authority for each of the last five years respectively - i.e 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 to date’.
The Bank of England, which includes the Prudential Regulation Authority (‘PRA’), has taken the term ‘dawn raids’ to mean visits carried out by the PRA under warrant and accompanied by a police officer.
There have been no such visits carried out by the PRA during the period 1 January 2018 to 12 August 2022.
