The number of Part VII transfers of insurance businesses for each year since 2015-2016, with a year-end date of 30 June

The table below contains the number of Part VII insurance business transfer schemes sanctioned by the High Court. It also contains the number of companies with Part VII insurance business transfer schemes sanctioned by the High Court for the same date range. It is worth noting that there can be two or more companies that are the Transferor /Transferee on each Part VII transfer.
