4.50% 29 January 2004 Bank of England Euro Notes: Announcement of Auction
The Bank of England announces the auction of Euro 500 million nominal of 4.50% Bank of England Euro Notes for maturity on 29 January 2004.

The auction, which will be on a bid-yield basis, will take place on Tuesday, 17 April 2001. The Notes will be fungible with the Euro 500 million of Notes sold by auction on 16 January 2001. The Bank of England will add Euro 50 million to holdings of Notes which may be made available for sale and repurchase operations with market makers, bringing the total available for this purpose to Euro 100 million.
