Memorandum of Understanding - Co-operation between Payment Systems Overseers and Banking Supervisors

The ECB has today issued a news release describing a Memorandum of Understanding between EU payment system overseers and banking supervisors in relation to large-value payment systems.
Published on 02 April 2001

The Bank of England and the Financial Services Authority, as the relevant UK authorities, are signatories to the Memorandum.
