Credit Conditions Survey

The Bank of England today issued a consultation document on its plans to introduce a regular survey of UK loan market conditions, to support its analysis of monetary conditions and financial stability.

Under the proposal, bank and non-bank lenders would be invited to complete surveys for each of three markets: mortgage lending, unsecured lending to households, and corporate lending.
