Business network Radius is joining forces with representatives from the Bank of England, Home Office, Treasury, FSA, Army, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and the Environment Agency to hear from senior leaders how they define inspirational leadership. The event is being organised in conjunction with the Bank’s Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgender (LGBT) Network. The evening will focus on how to combine personal traits and experience with the leadership skills needed for a successful career. LGBT staff and their colleagues will be given the opportunity to hear from three successful leaders from the public sector and network to build their own set professional connections.
