In accordance with the terms of the prospectus dated 19 December 1986, the rate of interest payable on the above stock for the interest payment due on 17 July 2024 will be £4.8288 per £100 nominal of stock. The amount due on repayment, also on 17 July 2024, will be £386.3089 per £100 nominal of stock.

In accordance with the terms of the prospectus dated 12 June 1992, the rate of interest payable on the above stock for the interest payment due on 22 July 2024 will be £5.7600 per £100 nominal of stock.
