Conducting statutory investigations

The Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) is required, under the Financial Services Act 2012, to publish a statement of policy on identifying possible regulatory failure, and conducting investigations into possible regulatory failure and matters of public interest.  

The statement has been approved by the PRA Board and HM Treasury.
