This letter, issued by the FSA to the BBA on 1 May 2009, has been adopted by the PRA as part of this process as it provides information for firms on how to calculate Core Tier 1 Capital for certain reporting and disclosure purposes. The PRA may choose to review this legacy material at a later stage.
