Biography

Arzu joined the Bank on October 2012 and works on assessing the risks to financial stability arising from non-financial sectors and markets such as housing. Previously Arzu worked in the Banking and Financial Institutions Department at the Central Bank of Republic of Turkey between 2005 and 2008. Arzu received a PhD from the European University Institute in 2012. Arzu's research interests span topics in house price stability, mortgage markets, and macro-prudential policies.
