Francesca Diluiso

Biography

Francesca is a Senior Research Economist in the Monetary Analysis Directorate and coordinator of the European System of Central Banks’ Research Cluster on Climate Change. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked at the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change, the Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei, and the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre. She holds a PhD and an MSc in Economics from Tor Vergata University, and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Sapienza University of Rome. 

Francesca’s expertise lies in macroeconomic modelling, with research interests at the intersection of climate economics, monetary economics, and macro-finance.
