Biography

Lien works as a Senior Economist in the Monetary Policy Outlook Division. She joined the Bank of England in 2013 after completing her PhD in Economics at Pompeu Fabra University. Her research focuses on understanding the implications of labour market and financial frictions for the design of monetary policy.
