Roger is a research economist in the International Directorate of the Bank of England. His research interests include international macroeconomics and finance, trade and economic history. Roger completed his PhD at the London School of Economics.
Prior to joining the Bank, he was a research economist at the Banque de France, a visiting researcher at the University of California at Berkeley and worked as an economist in the financial sector. He is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).
