Biography

Tom is a Senior Manager in the Current Economic Conditions Division of the Bank’s Monetary Analysis Directorate. He has previously held roles in the International Directorate and elsewhere in Monetary Analysis. His recent research has focused on labour market dynamics and the distributional effects of macroeconomic fluctuations.
