Updated Form ER definitions and numbering for January 2016 reporting onwards
The Form ER definitions, for January 2016 reporting, have been updated to provide further clarity following feedback and discussion at several workshops held earlier this year. The numbering on Form ER has also been amended to reflect the change announced in the Statistical Notice on 28 August 2015. Both the definitions and the Form are available on the Bank’s website.

New Form PL FAQs and updated definitions for Q1 2016 reporting onwards
Following feedback gained at the Form PL workshops held over the first seven months of this year, we have put together a document of FAQs and have updated
the new Form PL definitions. We have also made available a more general document providing guidance on how to identify captive financial institutions across forms where this breakdown is required.
