New OSCA Specification

As the Bank no longer supports the BEERS format, the specification has been removed from our internet page. All reporters should now only be using OSCA for statistical reporting. The contingency route available is to email in your XML data file. If this is required, please email osca.queries@bankofengland.co.uk.
