Buy-to-let data collection - requirements for phase 2
The requirements for phase 2 of the buy-to-let data collection have now been finalised and relevant documents are published here. This includes definitions, the XML schema, technical documentation and a data model. Phase 2 data requirements are for delivery in April 2018 for Q1 2018 data.
Please be aware that phase 1 documents have been updated to reflect a small number of descriptive corrections and clarifications. Changes are highlighted within the definitions and the technical documentation. Phase 1 data requirements are for delivery in October 2017 for Q3 2017 data. OSCA Upgrades
Following full end to end testing on our pre-production environment, OSCA was upgraded to OSCA V1.24 on Monday 26 September 2016. The upgrade covers a number of small changes including additional information in our system event logs, to help us further understand and investigate any performance issues. The changes do not affect the way the system is used.
A server upgrade will also be progressed in early October, and all reporters and software houses will be contacted when a date has been agreed.
Both upgrades require a small outage to OSCA, which are always scheduled (where possible) outside of the busy reporting rounds.
