Statistical notice

Today the Bank has published the Bank of England Levy Notification Document - Levy Year 2025/26 on its website.

This is the annual notification of the Bank’s Anticipated Levy Requirement for the current Levy Year as stated in the Bank of England Levy Framework Document (1.16).

Following the feedback received from Levy Payers in the previous Levy Year, this year’s Notification Document includes the Total Eligible Liability (TEL) figure used in the formula to calculate the amount of Levy payable by individual firms as set out in the Bank of England Levy Framework Document (1.39).

Next steps:

Levy Payers will receive an invoice outlining their contribution to the Levy for the 2025/26 Levy Year.
